Default Big Heart Bingo Withdrawal And False Promotions Issues

One site I've played at a few times is Big Heart Bingo who are a part of The Gaming Network. I liked their charity element, so I would often return to the site with the special email promotions they would offer.

Things like deposit £10 and get £10 and the like are often a good way to get me back. The only problem is, every time I've tried to take them up on these offers, they've not been awarded automatically. I've always had to raise a help ticket to get the bonus out of them.

The last time this happened, I used the promotion code they sent me in their promotional mailout, and once again, didn't get the extra deposit bonus the promotion had offered me. Once again I complained, this time though, they refused to credit the deposit even though I know I'd put it into the bonus code box.

Getting slightly miffed I decided not to play there again. But, as it happened, the first £1 I spent, I had a small win - taking my balance to £40. So, disgruntled at the service and ongoing problems I decided to withdraw the money. The withdraw went through fine, it said to my credit card.

The money didn't show for a few weeks on my credit card, so I raised a ticket, they said money went out in (4x£10 payments) a day or two after I put the request in. They also mentioned the last 4 digits of the card. When I checked, it was my debit card that they'd paid it back to, and not the credit card I'd paid in with (I'd used both in the past).

So, I look at my debit card today, and can only find 2 of the £10 payments. I've raised another ticket needless to say. It amazes me that when I withdrew £40, they didn't pay it as one single payment. I don't understand that - can somebody please illuminate me.

Also, has anyone else had similar issues at Big Heart Bingo? At the moment I'm suggesting people keep an eye on things. It really disappoints me to have to mention this, as it's a nice little site to play at, and I like that they donate some of the proceeds to charity. Let us know if you've also had issues either with withdrawals or get promotional offers by their members email list which they won't honour.

I have never had anyone split up payments before. Was your debit card still listed on their site. I just ask because that is really weird that they didn't use the card that you deposited money with? Thanks for sharing this info with us. I think it's sad when you find a place you really like to play at but you have to quit because it is such a hassle to get what you have won or use the promos they send you.

Well, they've been back to me and found out two of the four payments were returned so they've put them through again. They also say all future payments will be made in one go, but I don't think I'll be hanging around to find out!
