Unhappy anyone help with my withdrawl problem

joined blackpool bingo got £21 free play after which i deposited £20 i played the slots and won £680 i played away another £100 on bingo playing all night almost then i put in for a withdrawl for £580 and was declined and told i hadnt deposited then when they realised i had they said i had to deposit £580 to withdraw that amount and spend it all on bingo cards due to the bonus sign up terms and conditions. i have read the terms and conditions and it states clearly that players who deposited arent held to those terms and conditions. i was then told because i deposited after i got sign up bonus that i was held to them. but it doesnt say that in there terms and conditions what can i do any help would be appreciated

Hi Ally36, welcome to the site. Sorry to hear your problems. Often sign-up bonuses can be one of the great areas of problems for online bingo players. I've been in touch with a contact at Blackpool Club Bingo - he will need your username to look into it. You can either PM it to me or post it here and we'll see what happens one way or another. Don't post your password though!

That does seem kind of strange that you can't just collect your winnings. Especially if you made the initial deposit.

Glad you've got it sorted Ally. It's so frustrating when you're battling against an organisation, particularly one which is online so you can't have human contact with. There's a lot to be said for being able to yell at someone!!

Hope it's resolved successfully.
