Bingo Hero Complaint

An online bingo fan emailed me with their experiences at Bingo Hero. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems withdrawing money from the site? The message is as follows:

I just recently joined bingo hero, £15 free offer, so I joined and played, I won a bit, I decided to deposit £25 won & lost, tried to withdraw unable to, hadn't met criteria, I was told by operative Astle to deposit £10, which I did, played on won /lost, tried to withdraw £150, told I still didnt meet criteria, but they had removed £70 from my account, call me daft but how can they do this? It is tantamount to theft, I have played a few sites and this one is a joke. I have deposited £35, and I cant win LOL.

Thanks for sharing this with us. It will hopefully stop someone else from falling for this also. I have heard of things like this happening on a couple of sites but haven't heard anything on this particular one until now.
