Angry Not Fair

I joined cyberbingo thought it looked a good site and they offered £20 just to register so i did.

i played through 2 games of bingo at 10 cards a time and won just over £100 i was surprised happy i thought this is great maybe if i depoist something i can get some money out ? wrong

i typed into the chat on the bingo page for the CM to help me but she kept ignoring me she didnt answer my questions at first i was asking about the depoist and how can i claim etc etc she was saying how great the site was and not really helping me with my questions then other users told me to give it a rest then some other players started to ask my questions and i was told to shut up !? the other players where being ignored also this moderator hadnt a clue unfriendly chat or what,

the cm eventually pasted alot of copyed text for me to read on reading i wasnt allowed to collect any of the so called free (not real) as she put it money and i would have to deposit and play with my winnings till i won money i told her this sucked and wasnt too happy and that she was no help at all with this i got banned from chat it just closed and my account was disabled they didnt even bother to email me about this.

i have been told by live help emailing them im to contact the manager which ive emailed over 10 times now i get no reply each and everytime. i wasnt to the extremly rude to this cm nor did i swear or do anything really out of nature which i have seen on other bingo rooms i think its really petty of them to be like this and lock me out of there .com and ..co.uk sites over this

i just want to warn others about this site

It really does pay to read the 'terms of service' agreements on sites before playing. I learned the hard way with some poker sites where I couldn't even withdraw winnings based on actually money I deposited!

I think sometimes the problem is that they seem to bury it. I have had this happen in the past and it blows. It was there for me to see I had just missed it.

Oh yes ...that's why it's called the 'fine print'. They don't want you to see it. Imagine how much money they make in the long run with accounts that people just walk away from. Every 5 and 10 adds up.

So, you never actually won anything, then? That's messed up. Maybe that's why winning seems to be easy to do on those sites.

That is really messed up. You def. have to read the fine print on all of those sites like that.

cyberbingo is on blacklists in many forums. Not many sites let you withdraw any money won on trial or bonus bucks! Many sites have huge playthroughs making the bonus bucks virtually worthless, but do serve to promote a houseplayer environment. If you are attracted by a 200% depo bonus..consider this... you depo 30.00..you get 60 bonus totallong 90.00. If a site has a 4 times playthrough, that means you have to spend 360.00 before you can withdraw anything. In the meantime if a site has a scheduled depo, say every 7 days and you depo another 10.00 to be an active player (eligible for chat bucks, promos, etc.) and there regular depo bonus is 50% , there is another 15 dollars, or 60.00 you have to playthru. Some sites dont have playthroughs on deposits, just bonuses, and some are both.
Some sites do not allow you to depo with a certain balance, that means you have to spend like crazy and you find yourself almost hoping not to win (especially if you ae using bonus bucks) because they can not be withdrawn , you need to win from real cash to withdraw. Sounds complicated huh? It is.That is why it is so important to read the rules..and if you dont understand something...ASK! Stay away from cyberbingo... a real good piece of advice. They are on way too many forum blacklists and have way too many complaints from players that are being ignored. Find a good watchdog group forum and stay up to date and savvy about what is happening where you spend your money!

Thanks for posting that info. I have to say I actually won at Cyberbingo.co.uk and had no problem withdrawing the cash which if I remember correctly, was won on the bonus money I was playing (I had made a deposit to get the money). The withdrawal was approved straight away and I received it with out any problems.

I wonder if maybe there are some operating differences between the .com and the .co.uk? On another point, they are yet to get licensed in the EU jurisdiction which is a bit of a concern. I believe they are working towards it.

It does sound complicated and I really don't understand why it needs to be. I understand not being able to withdrawel if you won on free money they gave you. But if you have made a cash deposit I think that you should be entitled no matter what you won on.
