Default The £1,000,000 Bingo Prize Smallprint

How many of you seen the much trumpeted 1 million pound prize at a number of online Bingo sites? You ever had a go it? Whether you have or not, I'd recommend you read the small print as you might find yourself bitterly disappointed should you be lucky enough to win it.

I wrote this entry about the prize - I couldn't believe the small print when I happened over it in one of my reviews. Basically, you get the prize over 30 years, instead of in one lump sum. I think that's very misleading. The money could be worthless in a year or two.

What do you think - is this misleading? I've never seen it mentioned in the adverts that are very apparent on a number of Bingo sites. Would you be annoyed if you'd have won it and then been told that you had to wait 30 years for the full sum?

Any comments and thoughts appreciated.

Well I think it's kind of misleading because you would want to have the option, but that is still £33,333.33p per year and I think I can safely say that a win like that would be quite life effecting if not changing.

I prefer to have my money in one lump sum. Why give someone else the pleasure of holding on to it?
