These sites and other that I will post are really not what they seem. Please read my other threads to realise what is going on with all sites that are run and owned by Cassava Enterprises. Here is the email that I have received from them.. They will not answer any e-mails I have sent them and to my knowledge will not interact with Bingo Site watchdogs..This particular site does not even offer reload bonuses to my knowledge

Please read my other threads to get the jest of what is going on with these sites. Also they have to date not paid me all my winnings. I have contacted individual sites but to be fair to them their hands are tied and have to abide with Cassava rulings.. Linda Haydon

Cassava gives you no warning when they decide to close your account..Please read my other threads These sites all have good software and are easy to play with good cms and it is very easy to deposit and withdrawal..but do not be fooled by this because the support at cassava just does not exist ..and to my knowledge they cannot be contacted by phone..if you just are playing for fun and do not deposit they are ideal. Cassava are not being fair to their players as well as the sites they own as the cms and sites managers have little or knowledge of this only the fact that their players numbers keep decreasing.. That is the exact same email I received from them. word for word, apart from the bit that stated any real funds in your account will be processed to you. I did not receive the total of £1020 they are owe me, I have sent 5 emails requesting this. all of which have been ignored. I have also advised them that CM's are aware that several people operate their account this way, and either encourage it or do nothing to make players aware this is not right.

There must be somewhere that will listen to us, it can't just be us this has happend to, thing is people have no clue as to where to go from here! Any advice would be most welcome.

Hi Elaine.. As suggested by the adminstrator I have tried the uk gambling commision and they refered me to the gilbrator one who in turn sent me a form which I had to print off, fill in and send to them along with all e-mails etc.. They explained it would take some time and since then I have heard from several sources that I would be wasting my time as Cassava carries such a lot of weight over there I would get no-where so I have not gone any further with it. No wonder if they are keeping everyones winnings and are so ignorant they refuse to communicate with you. I, like you did play the slots and the same used to happen to me sometimes I would double my money another time I would lose.. But surely that is gamling isnt it.. Cant Cassava understand that. The winnings owed to me is roughly about the same amount as yours and when you think of it ..it is not all winnings at least two thirds of it is my own money..so really they are the ones breaking the rules not us.. I doubt very much if we will get any joy from them so I am just telling everyone I can about it.. I am barred from all sites but I can get on a couple and sometimes drop the hint to other players but alot of them just do not believe me ..just think I am a bad loser..if only it was that simple..Lynn

Hi Lynn, I wouldn't write off contacting the gibraltar gaming commission, after all we have nothing to lose, think I will give it a try. I agree with everything else you say, also when it comes to playing slots the bonus cannot be used nor is slots used towards wagering requirement, yet we have deposited our money to play them, so they should give us at least any winninngs obtained from instants! Have you posted on the money saving expert website, they have a gambling section? I posted a message there around same time as here mainly asking for advice, but hit a brick wall there also! Think I will do another post warning people! To others it may well look like we are bad losers, I can honestly say this is not the case, you win some, you lose some, I have went days when I have lost a few hundered, never once complained. Its a pity we can't find more people this has happend to, then someone may just listen.

You say you can still get on a couple of sites, I can only get on tasty bingo, although haven't dared deposit, i'm not very familiar with that site, only played it once, I tended to stick to biggest bingo or bingo wags, they both lead to same site along with about 50 others, but you are allowed to have an account with each one.

The terms and conditions at all those bingo sites are very cleverly worded, most people don't read them, although I did, one of the reasons they give for possibly closing an account is if a player is found to be cheating, ermmm how can u cheat at bingo, assuming the game is played fairly on their part, another is if a player is seen to play in a way that makes a profit! Uh? is that not the aim of the game!! It shoud read if a player is seen to be winning more than they deposit! Ohhhh I am sooo angry! Elaine

I have not tried the saving expert website but will take a peek sometime. The other thing that has struck me ..why give you the option to deposit when you have pending withdrawals when you are not allowed to.. If I remember rightly on brigend it reads ..Reverse all my pending withdrawals, Choose which ones to reverse or I WISH TO DEPOSIT ANYWAY.. If they had not had had that option none of this would have happened. Personally I do not think that is the reason though..it is because we have won some money and they do not like it ..epescially if like me I did win more than I deposited.. I was on loads of sites Foxy, Cheeky, Costa, and a couple like you have suggested Biggest Bingo etc.. I have got back on to Sing and Costa bingo with a different name (I have called my reload Bonus...lol) but only to try and speak to players. I think if you tried to deposit on Tasty Elaine they would recognise you in some way but it is handy to have the account as you can keep the players up to date...I would not trust Cassava now anyway but cannot seem to get the urge to sign up to any others either ..it has put me off completely.. It seems that you have the same problem as Elaine and myself.. What Cassava are trying to say is that you cannot re-deposit if you have a pending withdrawal but as you see from my previous e-mails WHY have the option there if you are not meant to use it. I did not know Cassava had a phone no..so if you are allowed on this site please post the number.. They are doing this to many people but no-one seems to be able to put this company to rights and make them understand that they are wrong with this.. Good luck with Jeremy Kyle show and the newspapers ..if you need back up I am willing and I am sure Elaine will be as well but I cannot speak for her of course. What about Watchdog???? These sites are governing on line bingo and because of the bonuses more and more players are using the sites ..but in my opinion Cassava are abusing their players ..not the players abusing the site..
