    Yes I am having exactly the same problem. They have set me an email saying that they are closing al my accounts as i have been 'abusing their bonuses'. Its a complete joke. I have emailed them back and they just keep sending the exact same email. Something needs to be done about this. They just dont want you to win. I am not giving up tho. They owe me about £1200. I think we should all go to the press if necessary and expose these sites for what they are!!
    Any one had any luck in getting their money back yet?

    Hi Catherine, after numerous emails, most of which were ignored, all of a sudden out of the blue I got the standard email confirming my withdrawl of £440, this money was in my bank 3 weeks ago. They were still owe me £580, so after 2 weeks I sent them a new email advising they were still owe me £580, I got a reply withing 2 days stating they were dealing with it, next day the standard email arrived and on Friday I finally got everything I was owed, much to my surprise I must admit. So although I am still banned from all sites, don't give up hope on getting your money back.

    Hi Catherine I hope you get it sorted soon too. I was having same issues but there reason was gambling problems!!! news to me but hay...they have advised me my money will be getting paid in my bank and to contact them if i think my accounts have been closed in error..see how long I have to wait but will keep you updated.

    Thanks for replying Elaine and Andy. Still nothing as of yet. I have sent another email, so maybe in the week, fingers crossed. Elaine you said that you sent them numerous emails. Can I ask you what you said in the final email you sent, which got you your money back. I dont no whether to keep sending them nice emails so start threatening them with legal action or the press if they dont pay up. What would you advise?

    Well Catherine, one of the last emails I sent I stated that I would be taking my complaint to the Gibraltar Gaming Commssion. I'm not sure if thats what done it, because just before I received my money I noticed that the reply format had changed, they now send an automated reply to all emails sent, thats new. I read somewhere that Cassava had a new Cheif Exec that was due to start mid August, so maybe coincidence but that was round about the time I got my money. I would remain polite, but if you get nowhere then advise you are taking your complaint further.

    Hi Catherine just checking in to see if they have paid you yet?
    I hope they have end of the day you won the money and its YOURS..and the
    stupid bogus reasons they come up with not to pay folk out is just ******* and so
    unfair we go on to win..we know the risks and when we do win we want OUR MONEY.

    Same thing happened to me on Foxy last week - I was a member on Foxy, Costa, Sing etc and had a couple of months where I won quite a lot of money. I would obviuosly withdraw large winnings and then redeposit later to play again - no point in playing with what you have won when they shove the bonuses at you daily. I too get same response and cannot speak to anyone about - they were quite happy when I wasnt doing well but it soon changed when I started winning. I will be taking this further as they owe me over £1000 which I still havent received. Do you have any alternate contact details ???
    Would like to be able to log in and warn other lucky players as quite often same names would come up or maybe they have already been banned as well ??????

    Yes I have - got banned from all of them for winning I think . I played a lot so therefore deposited a lot and they say I abused their reload system. Not happy about this so would like to take it further - any contact info ??

Uh? is that not the aim of the game!! It shoud read if a player is seen to be winning more than they deposit! Ohhhh I am sooo angry! Elaine

    yes i got my money after weeks of emails. they ignored most of them but when i started threatening them with the press they sent me an email which apologised for the delay in paying me and practically begged me not to open any other accounts lol.
    got my moey tho so i am happy.
