    Default All accounts disabled

Hi there, I am looking for some advice. I am registered with lots of sites mainly the cassava ones, the 3 main ones I play are littlebigbingo, biggest bingo and bingo wags, the 2 latter are part of the same network and are in theory the same site, although I was advised by CM's and players that you can have one account with each site, ie biggestbingo, wags, ballroom, kiss my bingo and loads more. As far as I am aware littlebigbingo is now stand alone, since it changed from think bingo cosy it is no longer part of the think network.

Today, I discovered ALL my accounts with Cassava have been disabled, and was advised this was due to security issues... even the ones I have not used in ages. To my knowledge I have not done anything wrong. My main worry is that I have over £900 in pending withdrawls, as I withdraw and redeposit to gain the bonus. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

    Regards

    Elaine

Hi Elaine, we've had a couple of similar posts around here with people having accounts frozen for reasons unexplained. Little Big Bingo is run by Cashcade, who are a separate UK company that run on licensed Cassava software, and you're right, it's now a standalone site within their network. Biggest Bingo and Bingo Wags are both part of the Dragonfish Bingo Network.

Now, it would be interesting to find out why, but I'm guessing it will be difficult to get proper info from them. Best thing you can do is stay patient and calm and get on the phone to them, and put something in writing too. If you're owed this money, they should pay you it. No one should ever be penalised or targeted for taking money out of bingo sites and for targeting special deposit bonuses offered by the sites. You need to keep on to them, remain polite and if you're money is not paid to you, then take things further with the Gibraltar gaming board that license the site.

Keep us informed as to what happens next.

Thank you for your reply. I was advised by bingowags customer service to email cassava bingo security, I have not as yet heard back. I see that most of the cassava bingo sites now ask for the 3 digit code on the back of your card when depositing, this took effect as of last Tuesday 20th. I could understand if only one account was disabled, but all accounts seems strange, I've also tried my accounts at Bingo Scotland, Red Bus and Posh, the only one that I can log in to is Tasty bingo. I will keep you informed.

    Regards

Still not really any farther forward, though it does look like they may be witholding my money. I have had no response to my email, so will send another. I did however ring Bingo Scotland, who said that my account was inactive, and had been closed but they couldn't reopen it at present due to the fact I had multiple accounts with sites on the same network, and that they needed verification. When I asked if she may know the reason all my accounts had been closed, she said its a precaution incase money laundering is going on! Omg, the only money laundering I have done is accidently putting a fiver through a hot wash! I am getting real panicky now as its a lot of money to lose.

What site is holding the £900? Payouts are normally slow from these sites - so it may just be clearing. I hope that's the case anyway.

Ok, had a reply from bingo security, and they have closed all my accounts due to the way I play, mainly withdrawing and redepositing to gain the bonus, which is seen as abusing bonuses! Now in those sites you don't get the chance to refuse bonus, and if you do withdraw you forfiet the bonus, so I can't see the problem! With regard to my 900, half is in bingo wags the other in biggest bingo, one has been pending since last thurs, so I should've had an email confirming the refund by yesterday, so it looks like they are not going to pay out. As someone else said in another post, it seems to be they want rid of non profitable players! Any advice on where to go from here?

Hi, I've just stumbled across this site because of an issue with not being able to log into my Moonbingo or Polo accounts (which are twinned). I've played on them for ages and have £150 pending withdrawal on Polo. Their hosts don't seem to know what's going on but I think I do now!

On Sunday night, being low on funds and not wanting to re-deposit I went onto one I hadn't used for a while which had a few bonus points left to play with (I think it was Tasty but not sure).

The Chat Host asked me why I hadn't taken advantage of the first deposit bonus and free gift and in a chatty way I just said that I was trying to be good as I'd overspent a bit. She then said "Gambling issues Hun?" and I said "well it can become addictive". Then she amazed me by saying that because I had mentioned gambling issues (err no - she did) she would have to cancel "all accounts". Well I knew they were affiliated to Wink and Posh and Red Bus (I think but I only use Wink occasionally). I wasn't too worried.

Now I realise that what she meant was all Cassava associated sites which covers a heck of a lot more!! What a scam!! I'll be livid if I don't get my £150 and I certainly don't hold out any hopes of it having read your problems!!

It's outrageous that they can use any old excuse to do this. I'm only small fry in the world of gambling - I don't have "gambling issues" - I haven't blown the housekeeping money, just a tenner or twenty here and there. This really needs to be brought to someone's attention as it is conning people.

    Hi Elaine
Im going having read your other posts im going through the same thing this time with THINK BINGO which again is part of the Cassava Enterprises who also have moon foxy redbus cheeky to name just a few. I have had my accounts closed with the only reason being for a security issue that there unable to discuss with me?? but like yourself I have money pending on think bingo after a win on the slots £1800 I went into there so called help room tonight and was told there is a issue and your winnings are not being processed!!!! then they had the cheek to say someone will email you as soon as they can!! I advised this is not good enough so they gave me email direct I am aware they can close your accounts if they think you are using the bonus more than once but this is only account I have on think bingo so I wont be letting the matter just go away and I wont accept there bogus reasons which seems to be the trend with this company.
Did you ever manage to get your money you had pending I hope so. I will keep you updated on here as to how I get on

Hi Andy, sorry to hear you are having the same problems as I did. I have just replied on another thread to someone else in the same position, it seems this is happening to more and more people, there are probably loads more but they just don't know where to go for advice, I only discovered this place by googling bingo complaints. Yes I did eventually get my money, only last week and more or less out of the blue.

I was reading terms & conditions at online site the other day (not cassava) and had to laugh as one o the terms state that your account may be closed if you are seen to be cashing out more than you have deposited.........well thats says it all doesn't it! That is exactly what Cassava mean, but have just worded it more cleverly!

Good luck with getting your money, keep us posted.

Andy I should've added that its not the actual bingo sites fault and help rooms within them can't do anything, its all beyond their control. Its Cassava that close the accounts, and the sites customer service dept just get advised to tell customer its a security issue. Do you withdraw small amounts and redeposit to get the bonus reload? That seems to be the main resaon accounts are being closed as they see that as bonus abusing!
