Hi Elaine thanks for getting back to me and im over the moon to here you have your money...no they said it was because I had gamberling issues!!!!news to me must be because I fund £50 then set that as the limit for the mth...well I emailed them "very polite" received a email back within 24hours to say thanks for understanding and they will process my winnings in next 7days!!! bit shocked as reading the foroums on different sites never known them pay up so quick..but lets wait till its in my bank...I will keep you posted . yep i did know it has nothing to do with the sites...lets just hope any1 else in the same boat gets it sorted as quick.

just to keep you updated i was informed today there sending out 2 cheques.....mmmm wonder how long i have to wait for them then wait for them to clear in the bank....at least im getting my money but only 3 weeks late!!! should send them a email for the interest xx

Hi Andy, glad to hear you are getting your money! Things seem to have changed with Cassava, when I first had issues with them back in July, you would get a standanrd reply email, then no replies, since mid August, I notice that now they send automated reply as soon as any email is sent, and issue seems to be resolved almost immediately. I read somewhere that they got a new Chief Exceutive (or something like that) that was due to start in August, maybe thats the reason they are now paying out. Anyway hopefully everyone who has had money withheld will be credited!

I also read a post, possibly on here from someone who was apparantly banned from a site by a chat host who felt they to had gambling problems, thats absurd! I would say in your case setting a limit of £50 per month is infact responsible gambling. I have deposited at times well over £1000 (with the knowledge I had around same or more to withdraw) per month and was never questioned about having gambling issues! It just seems they are clearing out non profitable players and using whatever reason they feel like!

Good to hear that Cassava are paying out. Maybe it's press like this and that on other concerned portals that has helped them to see the error of their ways too.

YEP lets hope every singel person that is owed money gets it...I received my cheques today from BELFAST?? lol dated 13th and I was told they where sent out on the 8th so still some problems with false info...but yeah I have got my money and roll on next week when it clears and im going shopping no more bingo on there sites... x

Well, if anyone's interested, I did get my money in the end but only after I had sent a signed disclaimer to certify that I didn't have a gambling problem, understood the terms and conditions and also had to send 2 forms of ID with photos!! I then had to do that with any of the Cassava sites that I wanted to stay joined to and eventually I got my money.

Very wary about depositing on any Cassava sites now.

I seem to have been ripped off by the a cassava site to, I was only a member for twp weeks, so the only bonus i got was thier introductory offer, i had the cheek on cheeky bingo to win £1000,00 IT DOES NOT LOOK AS if i will ever see it, the day after the two days holding were over i found my account blocked and i was told it was a security issue! i have e-mailed them and just keep getting the brush off, surely this business is illegel, it seems fine if you dont win or small amounts, I think it would be interesting if there was some way of finding out who if anyone actually gets thier winnings if its over a certain amount, i am not giving up my claim so if anyone has any ideas on how i should proceed i would be grateful hannah

Hi , all my accounts were blocked by Cassava with money owing to me. I did get the money back but am getting nowhere in getting a clear explanation as to how I abused bonus. Have received loads of e-mails (through Facebook) from others who have been blocked as well. Am in the process of filling out complaints form to GRA to see if that helps because this is wrong - have also warned a lot of friends who play and they are trying to pass the message on through chat ( although a couple of them actually got banned from chat!!!!!)

I'll add my name to the list here. I logged in 2 weeks ago to find out all my accounts with Cassava were blocked. No warning, just the same email everyone else has received. They owed me a very small pending withdrawel, which they said they were not going to pay me.
I eventually emailed them to tell them they obviously needed my £60 more than I did.
Next morning, I received the usual confirmation email of my withdrawel.
They are disgusting - Well, to my mine fraudsters! In the run up to this, I was constantly asking Ch's 'Have you seen 'so and so' because a lot of regulars were disappearing. Now I know why.
