Yeah Lyn please do keep me informed as to how you are getting on with finding out information. I've been searching to, but all searches only seem to return forums or sites with positive comments about cassava bingo sites, probably. Just received an email from one of the sites promoting prizes for the week, and at the bottom a big bold statement read what the prize was for the person who deposits the most this week, ha what a joke, its should've read the person who deposits the most and doesn't withdraw! Did you play slots by any chance lyn? I did, and as we all know the bonus can't be used to play them, also up until last year slots were included as part of the wagering requirement! Some days I could deposit £200, and win nothing, other days maybe I would deposit £200 and withdraw £400.

Hi I played in exactly the same way ie depositing , withdrawing (if I won ) ad then re-depositing again after all they are the ones who are basically throwing the reload bonus at you. I eventually got all the money back that I am owed but receive no response at all to any e-mails I send to them. I spoke to another player on facebook and she had noticed that quite a few players had vanished so they must have had a 'cull' of the lucky ones. I think its disgusting the way they have treated us players as I too would some days deposit over £200 sometimes losing it all but other times was luckier.
Their customer service is non-existent and the security department is a law unto itself. I managed to get the phone number of 888holdings who own the lot but they wont speak to anyone personally .
The quote that they stated regarding the reload bonus is not even listed in the terms and conditions as far as I can see on any of the sites- I have pointed this out but noone is replying to my e-mails.
I am going to try going to the GRA but whether it helps I will let you know.
Anyone else have any other ideas as I dont really want to let this drop cos if we all do they will keep on doing it.

Be very careful, as they will ban you. I have been banned for the same thing. If this was a high street store there would be outrage. Imagine Tesco banning you from all their stores because you only buy beans when they're on Buy One Get One Free.

It's shocking that Cassava are banning players who spend money on a regular basis. It's shockingly short sighted of them. If they were really concerned about players abusing the reload offer, the simple thing to do is to make it unavailable whilst players have a pending withdrawal.

The fact it takes 3 - 5 working days before they give you your money is shocking enough, and obviously designed to make you think about reversing it when you spend what cash you have left. If they can take my payment from my debit card instantly, they can return it instantly too. Other sites do this, but Cassava are particularly shoddy at getting money out to players, and considering the hassle they are giving regular winners / withdrawers, not particularly fond of doing so.

hi ev1, this is so shocking, I am to blocked out of my bingo accounts with money still pending, like the story goes you win some (well a little lol) and you lose loads , which is ok, fair play. However you win big cassava don`t like it , why do people play? I doubt I`ll recieve a penny back sigh! does anyone? It`s terrible they give you no warning just a nasty e-mail. I really wish i never played bingo or slots, the rules are confusing, people are just wasting money & time. I enjoyed bingo ch were nice other players were lovely it`s just a shame because as lots of people use it as an outlet. Well i`m glad i found this site, at least i`m not alone.
