ripped off

Hi everyone, I've been playing on a site for 8 months now where you play with points and win points, bronze, silver and gold stars. The stars are then exchanged for prizes in the shop or points to continue playing. The rooms are monitored by cm's who can chat ban you if you misbehave. Just recently I was chat banned for 2 months for supposedly being rude to cm's. I have never been rude to a cm but was banned when I was'nt even logged in. I was still able to play and win. During the 2 months I was banned I won enough gold stars to collect a £10 love to shop voucher. I put in a request and the stars were deducted from my account. 1 week later I recieved an e.mail to say that I was'nt able to collect prizes while on a ban. When my ban was lifted I asked for the voucher only to be told I still could'nt have it!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable for a site trying to get to number 1 so beware (theft comes to mind)

Hi Mal4issa - could you tell us the name of the site please? Sounds like shoddy behaviour even if it's a free site.
