thought i would share this experience with you all,sure many will agree.
i joined livebingo.com for my free 7 day trial.very good chat and nice people on it.
you play free,then move to pay rooms,taking the money youve won.deposit min£10, get "200% bonus,great i won £67,so that would give me £100,to play with,after my £10,bonus.had a really good week ,non stop bingo ,chat and winning.then someone who had left appeared under another name to warn us players all was not as it appeared.
the ch started warning people,then all of a sudden when i asked where they were,was told they were still on line,so i presumed they didnt want to talk to me,funny because we had become really good friends,i was confused and when the ch left at midnight everyone except the ones who started the conversation.the chat began again,as i tried to
make sense of it without,offending or upsetting anyone ,i was blocked.so if it is all above board why the defensive attitude,we are not children,and as no one swore,so i knew why people didnt answer.disgusting.i wont dep n they can keep their money

It's a shame too many CMs and companies resort to blocking and banning anyone who criticises a site. They should take the opportunity to deal with these sort of grievances openly. IMO an open policy allows other players to see they are being dealt with fairly and effectively. What was the problem the player warned people about BTW? Would be interested to know. Not great going from Live.

while i was offline an adult conversation about ann summers started,when i came back on a player was upset she was warned,and said they had phoned her at home.as she hadnt sworn she seemed upset and confused.
i asked what was wrong and other people did the same,no one was being offencive or abusive,more concerned,for this player.
they were pointing out they were adults and wasnt offended,but the ch made it impossible for anyone to even talk to this player.the chat was overwhelmed with confused people,and the chathost was very intimadating i felt,i the atmosphere change and it was horrible.,i was also very angry.i have since recieved an email telling me i was
banned from chat for 24hrs ,but if i would like to deposit,that would be the e
nd of it.i explained i could spend my money anywhere and expect to be treated with respect.no reply to that as yet,thankyou for your interest .
