i joined golden hat bingo a week ago i had a few wins deposited 20 in all, i tryed to withdraw 40.00 to have a message come up to send my i.d via email i did this 4 days ago no reply, they have live support but its never on, when i ask a cm im told there is a technical issue and i have to wait yet when i emiled them i was told that i would hear a reply with 1 buisness day im highly annoyed, i also asked a cm that id like to cancel the withdrawal untill my id has been checked to be told AGAIN to wait for a response am i being ripped off or what, ive never come across a site like this before i usully get a respnse within a day im being pushed back and fourth?

I'm surprised you're having issues. Golden Hat Bingo is actually a part of the larger Virtue Fusion bingo network, some I'm surprised you've had problems getting in contact with them, I've never had issues with Virtue Fusion support in the past. The ID message is common across a number of sites, and frankly downright infuriating. They don't ask for your details when you deposit money, so why should they when you try to withdraw it? It does my box in.

It can take a while for payments to come through the system - I'd give it a bit more time and then if it's still not appeared get on to them again. Let us know how you get on.
