most sites i know have the problem of you having to play through about 10 times your bonus epic bingo sunk to an all time low i deposited 15 pounds cash, received no bonus as i prefer not too won 62 pounds,went to withdraw and they said i never met requirements and that bonus must be played through 10 times but as i keep telling them i did not receive a bonus.its not fair yet there is nothing i can do.

Hi daz, sorry to hear about your problems. Epic Bingo is another site on the much maligned (around these parts at least) Cozy Bingo. Unfortuantely they don't seem to want to listen to their players. First up, print out all your transactions at the site, you should be able to do it from your account. This is so you have a record.

Explain to them the situation, and if they refuse to budge, you can lodge a consumer complaint with the Cyprus government here - as to how effective it would be, I'm not sure. You can also complain to the UK Gambling Commission here.

Epic bingo is run by a bunch of scumbags, I have compulsive gambling issues and have asked them 6 times to self exclude me. They ignore every request, they just love bleeding player dry and then denying payouts.

i do nt like the sites with stupid wagering requirements either it a bit silly and spoils a site in my eyes

had the same problem with hero and gone bingo, deposited £50 didnt take the bonus played about £20 and went on holiday and with work didnt play for about 5 weeks, on returning to the game i played a couple of games and won £80 went to withdraw it and was told i couldnt because i hadnt deposited any money in the last 30 days... why would i if i still had credit in but thats all a big con so all i did was play the rest of my money and will never play again that blaitent robbery.. has anyone ever been able to withdraw monies from these sites.....
