Default Just developing my new Bingo Affiliate site...

    Hello all,

I am making my very 1st Bingo related site. I've just bought a domain from a colleague and have only just noticed it is a page rank 4 domain.

At first I was just going to sell it but I have decided to develop it instead. So lets see what will happen.

In 2006 it had a full bingo portal on there and has some very good links still in place.

Is there any advice anyone would be so kind as to offer on the following points.
    1. What are bingo players looking for?
    2. I assume most are female players do you agree?
    3. Do they want to chat and leave comments or just find things like bingo room reviews and bonuses?
    4. Is it worth having a bingo news feature?
    5. Do bingo players play poker as well?
    6. Best way to get players email addresses, i was thinking a free prize draw for some GHD straighteners (pink ones)?
    7. Is it worth it when compared to the income we can make from poker, is it a big enough market?
Any advice appreciated, not finished but will be 95% complete today.

    Many Thanks

    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

welcome to the site. Here's some of my thoughts.

    1. Value for money, easy withdrawals, trusted brands. At least they're the ones people stay at.
    2. No. I won't go into it here, but if you read this you'll see what I mean.
    3. Chat and comments always go down better than dry content.
    4. Depends if you can add something new and interesting into the mix.
    5. There's recent reports that bingo is a stepping stone for many women to try poker, but it's my belief that the two types of gaming don't mix well for your average player.
    6. How will you blokes email addresses with that? Personally, offer them something that no one else in regards to bonuses and stuff, reasons to sign up. Email marketing can be hard work IMO.
    7. Yes. Poker players tend to be sporadic - bingo players will play regular, but at smaller amounts. Although to be honest, I've never tried affiliating with poker sites as I know nothing about it...

    Hope that helps a bit?

Definitely go with comments! IMO my visitors love the interaction they provide!
