Default The Last Cute Thing They Did

Well, you know, we've been quite hard on the fellers with our posts lately: the remote controls, the gent's toilets, their reading material, and some other things I've probably forgotten. But, they are our best blokes, right? (YEAH!) So let's tell about the Last Cute Thing They Did.
I'll start. A couple of weeks ago he went and did some shopping. He rang the doorbell because he had all the carrier bags in his arms and couldn't reach his keys. When I opened the door he had a long-stem red rose gripped in his teeth. Isn't that Cute?!?

My husband is always doing lovely things for me. I think the last thing was similar to yours. It was a few days ago and he came inside after he'd been doing the garden with a flower behind his back for me. He said it was the only flower left on the rose bush and that he had picked it just for me. Another thing is over the last few days I've been poorly and he has got up every morning with my daughter so I can spend some extra time in bed. Then last night we were watching a film and he told me how much he loves me.

My husband is a great Father and loves to spend time with our sons. He has no problem taking them out on the weekend to give me a little time to myself. I think the cutest thing he has done lately is he stopped at a garage sale and bought me a whole bunch of books because he knows how much I enjoy reading.

Mine makes me a cup of tea every evening, which he brings in for me to drink whilst I'm trying to get the little one off to sleep.

My husband has just cooked our evening meal to give me a bit of computer time.

I'm glad we've got such wonderful lovers and friends in our hubbys. Mine greets me every day with a steaming cuppa, and I can't quite (like I'd want to)get him to stop bringing me home some chocolate when he goes out. Goes to show that the little things are important as well, it keeps us content.

Mine does that nearly every evening, but it's not to give me computer time. It's so that he can eat a decent meal as he can cook so much better than I can!

I use the magnifying glasses you can buy at the store for reading and computer work, and I have alot of them around the house so I don't have to retrace my steps to find my glasses. Last Saturday night we were in the car and I realised I'd forgotten my "traveling specs". My husband said he'd go back for them and asked if there was any pair he should look for and I told him there should be a certain pair in the table by the front door. He ran back in and out, and he had three pairs of my specs. He told me that he wasn't sure which one I wanted so he brought me every one he saw
and hopefully one of the three was the one I wanted.
Wasn't that cute?

My husband is more 'unique' than most and if there is a confusing or complicated way to do something you can rely on him to find it. He can be exasperating, but he often manages to make me smile. He is looking after our neighbour's garden and her fish pond while she is on holiday. The other day he almost forgot to feed the fish and it was late in the evening when he stood up to go and feed them, but he paused at the door and with a very worried expression he asked if he would wake the fish up!

That story is adorable!
My husband talks to every cat, crow, and seagull he sees. Sometimes there are some very mystified expressions on people's faces as my hubby launches into a conversation with, apparently, no one...
