I love Yorkshire Pudding. My mother in law makes this and the first time I ever had it I thought she was making pudding for dinner. This is now one of my favorite meals.

I even miss the little mini puddings I could buy at the supermarket in Scotland. Dont' see them here except in speciality stores, and the taste is different.

I love Thanksgiving food!! We have this list usually pretty regular: Turkey, stuffing, Mashed potatoes, gravy, candied yams, cranberry sauce, Corn, Green bean casserole, creamed corn and deviled eggs.

I guess it could be looked at as a side dish but ours is really part of the main dish in that we have a roast and gravy that you then put over the yorkshire pudding.
