I think that the exchange idea is a great one. I know people in my area that would sign up to participate in something like that.

I can't see why it wouldn't work as long as the exchanges were well matched and carefully planned.

They should make it like vegas and have gifts shops, restaurants and a club, they should also be bigger. A UK Vegas, how crazy would that be? Maybe not with our weather.. lol

add more vacation promotions- better if it's for family, and out of the country- people need some good time out now a days, everyone's been stressed out with the crisis in economy

bingo games could do more charity events and callers could be young "actors/actresses".. teens will be interested..

I think unfortunately bingo is more proffitable online, this could be for many reasons. Running fees are cheaper no doubt, its more convenient for the customer etc. I do think though, there is a gap to be bridged. The typical audience at a bingo hall are female between 35-80, and the typical online audience is still female but the demographic is more like 18-40. Younger women play online, and of course due to the technology gap, elderly people just dont get it! Where is the happy medium?

Promos, promos and more promos. Or organize a once a month bingo bonanza, or any online event related to online bingo will do.

offering greater prizes would be one. having a daily promo and maybe lowering the bingo card's price twice a week or something like that will double the number of audiences.

That's a great idea, although it would probably take some work - maybe promote it as a healthier option than playing online, but it may get legislative problems because clubs are gambling insititutions, and although it would be hypocritical (just think of all the thinly disguised gambling/competitions/'lotteries' on TV) - but unfortunately I think objections would be raised (unfairly).
