Make it appeal to a younger demographic by offering stuff they want like food and drink that they want like curry nights or steak nights! also maybe have current music, or under 30's nights, speed dating could work swap after every game!

I like that idea, hunkston! Bingo is prominently viewed as an "old people's" game, and your idea would be a great way for it to make a comeback!

I really like the speed dating idea - although i'm married so couldn't join in - but I do think it could catch on!

    Wink

Another idea: how about putting a nice chocolate at each seat? On the second thought, there would probably be a lot of chocky-poaching going on...

Try to attract the mummy crowd who are available during the daytime by offering a safe environment for them to bring the kids, decent tea & coffee, healthy kid friendly snacks & tasty cakes.

Dio, with all this nudity chat, how about a nudity night at bingo? Or naked callers? Can we make this work for us?

A good way of boosting the sale of Bingo cards. People would buy extras to 'wear'

Having seen the responses about the food available in the majority of bingo halls, it seems to me that there's a market for providing some decent catering. Something other than hot dogs & nachos would seem to be a good start ....

We were having a staff lunch today at the local pub when the conversation turned to bingo (as it does when you work for a bingo website LOL).

AdamK suggested that land bingo halls should aim for a younger audience by having musical calls, with a different song for each number, such as Hawaii 5-0 for 50, etc.

I wasn't too sure on that idea!

I suggested having gunge tanks above each player's head, and whoever wins gets to gunge someone! Ha ha!

Now that I would pay to see. And you wonder why Noel's House Party got cancelled...
