We caught my toddler eating marmite out of the jar, scooping it up with this fingers!

Now i'm a big marmite fan, but that's just too much!

Is it a sweet taste? I am really interested in trying some now. I have never heard of Bovril. I feel so deprived in a way that I haven't tried this yet.

Ewww you saw your toddler scooping it up with his fingers. That's just too much! Yuck! I don't know how anyone could eat it like that espescially a toddler, lol! I bet you got a shock when you saw him, lol! I bet he had it all over his mouth.

Explaining the taste that is really difficult. It isn't really a sweet taste it is more savoury. It almost tastes meaty. I really cannot think how to describe the taste. It is indescribable really. You would have to actually taste it to know.

You haven't missed much! Bovril has a meaty taste, I don't like it very much but I guess it is like Marmite, you either love it or hate it.

I don't like Bovril at all, but I do like Marmite. I've never tried Vegemite, but I'm told it's similar to Marmite.

Mickie, my toddler will eat ANYTHING! He steals lemons out of the fridge to suck, and we have also caught him eating mustard out of the jar!

Oh gross! I hate mustard. I hate olives, but thanks to my dear husband he has introduced my daughter to olives and she loves them. I absolutely hate them they make me sick. There are a lot of things she will eat that I do not like. Mostly though my husband takes the rip out of me by giving my daughter olives because he knows that I hate them. I must have a type of food phobia because they just turn me sick even the sight of them. I can't believe your toddler loves mustard! Yuck!
