My brother and I were my grandmother's sixth and seventh grandchildren. When she got cross with us she had to run through five other names before selecting the correct one. By the time she had got the name right she had forgotten why she was cross. The worrying thing is I have caught myself doing much the same thing recently, my son has even been addressed by the cat's name a couple of times. I must be getting old.
