My husband will talk to anyone about absolutely anything, it can be really embarrassing especially when traveling on public transport. It make me want to hide sometimes, but other people seem to react well to him. One day we were on a train and he began a conversation with a chap he had never met before by complementing him on his choice of socks! They spent the next hour discussing socks, footwear and underwear. I hid behind my magazine!
