All Change At Winner Bingo

Wednesday, Oct. 1st 2014 7:05 AM

We popped over to Winner Bingo yesterday, trying as always to keep abreast of the latest bingo offers for you. When we arrived we thought we’d landed on a completely different site as they’ve had the decorators in and it looks fantastic! Everything’s changed from the colours to the logo branding and even the sign up bonus, so we went to look around to see what we thought.

The site had quite a corporate feel before as many Virtue Fusion sites do. Blocky fonts, an orange theme and a quite simple design was what welcomed you at Winner Bingo but no more, as the orange is out, purple is in, as are softer edges and a generally softer feel to the site.

William Hill And Playtech Renew The Handshake

Friday, Sep. 26th 2014 7:34 AM

William Hill Bingo is easiest one of the top online bingo sites on the market today but they can’t take all the credit because much of that is due to the sensational Virtue Fusion software that the site plays on. A few sites have made software changes lately, but if players had any concerns about WillHill then they don’t need to worry as the brand has just renewed its deal with Playtech, and that’s great news for both bingo and casino players!

William Hill Bingo boasts 70,000 players on its books and is one of the biggest of the Virtue Fusion family. The software, provided and developed by Playtech offers a fantastic platform with many standard bingo variants, some twists on the theme and famous games such as Deal or No Deal Bingo, Lucky Numbers Bingo and others, not to mention the infamous Bingo Linx jackpots giving away tens of thousands of pounds daily.

Mirror Bingo Moves To Virtue Fusion

Thursday, Jul. 17th 2014 7:55 AM

Mirror Bingo, from the newspaper group of the same name has been a Cashcade favourite since its launch but recently the brand has been streamlined and many of the sites have lost their original feel. It may be that that’s fuelled the decision by the Mirror group to move the sites over to the Virtue Fusion software.

The decision was announced a little while ago and for most of yesterday Mirror Bingo was offline. At about dinner time the site finally went live, moving all the operations, lock, stock and barrel over to the Virtue Fusion software. We’ll be updating the Mirror Bingo review soon.

Bingo Cams To Be Sold

Monday, Jul. 7th 2014 7:51 AM

When Bingo Cams launched it was an innovation in bingo, bringing a brand new idea to an industry where much is the same. Bingo Cams brought the video cam into the chat rooms, allowing players to share their winning moments, but the site still hasn’t seen the success of many of the big brands available. Now Greentube, a subsidiary of the Austrian gaming company Novomatic has confirmed that they have acquired the site from current owners Dazzletag and that could mean some changes for players.

The sale sum is undisclosed but the sale is likely to go through very soon and Bingo Cams will have new owners for the bingo site that combines the online game and social media and video.

Tombola Bingo Top In Europe

Wednesday, Jun. 25th 2014 7:52 AM

When you think of the humble beginnings of the Tombola brand, printing bingo tickets for the Sun newspaper, it’s hard to believe how much the company has grown. Already one of the biggest bingo operators in the UK the brand took Tombola Bingo to Europe two years ago and now it’s been confirmed as the top bingo site for players in both Spain and Italy!

It’s 50 years since Tombola was established as a brand, but there was no Internet back then it was printed tickets for various companies. One of the brand’s biggest customers was Sun Bingo, who used to use the Tombola software before switching to Gamesys a few years ago. As Sun were the only brand to use the software it looked as though the company would be left high and dry, but they just used their own branding, relaunched the site and became one of the biggest operators in the UK!

Gala Bingo Offer Lotto Betting

Monday, Jun. 2nd 2014 7:31 AM

For a long time now it’s been possible to bet on the outcome of overseas lottery draws. Even before the advent of online gaming, betting shops offered this service, allowing players to participate in any lottery around the world. Of course online bingo players often pay little attention to the sportsbook side, but we do know that bingo players love the lottery, and maybe that’s why Gala Bingo has integrated its lottery betting within its online bingo branch!

Recently Gala Bingo launched their Flutter section, allowing people to access sports betting through the bingo client and we have to admit it’s a very clever move from Gala Bingo. Most people think of sportsbooks as somewhere to bet on horses and football but this doesn’t always have great appeal to many bingo players.

Are you a member at Foxy Bingo? Do you like to read? If so then we have some fantastic news for you today! Last Thursday on Foxy TV the ‘Book Shelf’ launched. It’s an in house book club discussing all the current releases and reads for summer. I’m overly excited about this, and there’s a good reason why, it’s because the book club is to be run by me!

Alongside all my bingo writing and playing, I love to read and run the Reading Addicts website. When Foxy approached me to run the book club I could hardly believe my luck as I now get to combine my two favourite things!
