Gumball Bingo
Launching Soon

A brand new site is set to be launching very soon on the Cozy Games product and it is called Gumball Bingo. We’re not sure which of the two networks, if either, that the site will be opening on but we do know that it is owned by 8 Ball Games. This company has an already impressive portfolio of sites on the Cozy software.

This will be the first new brand that has launched on the Cozy Games product since Electraworks (Ltd) acquired the software. We’re excited to see what it has to offer but suspect it will be much the same as the others from 8 Ball Games on this software platform.

More Changes Afoot As CMA Announce Enforcement Action!

Tuesday, Mar. 6th 2018 7:09 AM

Enforcement Action
Coming From CMA

For many years now we have always questioned some of the rules around withdrawals from various bingo sites; you’ll find many examples in multiple articles on our site. For a long time we believed the Cozy Games product to be the worse. The reasons were many (high wagering requirements, minimum withdrawal amount of £50 and of course, the previous low cap on withdrawals).

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) seem to be catching up with the issues that we have been raising for many a year. There is an investigation underway around the restrictions put in the way of players withdrawing their money from online gambling accounts.

Lucky You At Wish Bingo

Monday, Mar. 5th 2018 4:42 AM

It’s St Patrick’s Day soon and as usual, we’ll probably spend the day dressed up in green, putting on a terrible fake accent and drinking way too many pints of Guinness! we should never forget however that it’s a cultural and religious celebration that dates back many years, marking the death of the Patron Saint of Ireland. Wish Bingo are marking the occasion with another prize bingo game, and fingers crossed, you could be one of their lucky winners.

This special 90-ball bingo game is taking place at 10pm on Thursday 15th March, so you have ample time to join in the fun. As always, you can take part online on your computer, or you can visit the usual web address and log in on your mobile phone or tablet device using your existing log in details thanks to their impressive mobile software.

Gamesys Bonus Changes And Caesars Bingo Closing

Saturday, Mar. 3rd 2018 7:10 AM

There has been quite a bit of news breaking of late from the Gamesys camp and one interesting story is of the impending closure of Ceasars Bingo. We were informed of the closure by email and the wording was a little ambiguous – ‘CAESARS Bingo will no longer be operated by Entertaining Play Limited, which means that the site will be shut down’.

Does this mean that Caesars Bingo may re-appear in the future but on a different platform or simply that the owners no longer see any value in the brand? We can’t be sure but what we do know is that the site will close on Tuesday 27th March.

WSN Drop Bingo Tickets From Bonus Wheel

Thursday, Mar. 1st 2018 7:07 AM

Wheel Of Slots Network

WSN Change
Bonus Wheel

The Wheel Of Slots Network (WSN) never really got its foot in the bingo door in the same way that the 15 Network did but it’s clear that Jumpman Gaming as a bingo entity is not fairing too well with players. Step into the bingo rooms (and we did on the evening of 19th February) and you’ll find very few players in the rooms. On the 15 Network at 8.40pm there were 11 in the rooms and across on WSN, a couple more at 13.

It comes as no surprise then to find that the networks, and ultimately the software platform, is sustained by the slots players. This explains why both networks have recently removed the ‘bingo tickets’ section from their bonus wheels.

Health Bingo Closes Tomorrow

Tuesday, Feb. 27th 2018 7:32 AM

Health Bingo

Health Bingo

The Health Bingo launched in January 2014 but if we’re honest, like many of the Bede Gaming online bingo offerings, it didn’t quite catch our interest. The promotions weren’t up to much and the gaming experience wasn’t that great either so we weren’t overly surprised to hear that tomorrow the brand is closing to players.

It would appear that Health Bingo is going the same way as some other brands have recently and moving away from bingo to concentrate on the far more lucrative for operators option of slots / casino. Health Games is reported to be coming soon and when you visit the bingo site, it was this new venture that is being promoted to people landing at the site.

William Hill Hit With £6.2 Million Fine

Saturday, Feb. 24th 2018 7:56 AM

Over the last few months we have seen a number of online gambling operators hit with some pretty hefty fines from the Gambling Commission. The largest to date was £7.8 million against 888 but on Tuesday 20th February, the Commission published details of a £6.2 million fine levied against William Hill.

The majority of the fines that have been dished out by the Gambling Commission have been around failures in social responsibility and anti-money laundering. In the case of William Hill, the Commission described those failings as ‘systematic’ and upon reading the examples that are given in the article published on the official website here, you can’t help but wonder how the systems failed so badly.
