Saturday, May 05, 2007A year after the smoking bans introduction in Scotland a year ago, Mecca has revealed it's seen a 10% drop in admissions. It's also seen a like-for-like drop in sales of 17%. Things are starting to improve as the spending per customer is increasing. The news follows Carlton Bingo's announcements of its drop in profits over the last year. It's also hoped the introduction of outside shelters and terminals will help improve the situation for smoking Bingo players.
