Tearful Farewell To Islington's Mecca Club

The Islington Gazette run a story on the closure of the Essex Road Mecca Club. It's a sad time for many of the regular elders - even with a bus service being laid on, there will be no replacing what's been lost. It will have been like a second home to many of the regulars there.
