Ulverston Bingo Hall Closure Rumours

This story from Barrow In Furness sounds like it has some roots in the approach of the smoking ban. Rumours have begun circulating amongst the club's regulars that the historic Roxy Bingo and Social Club on Brogden Street in Ulverston may close. There's not a lot of detail in the story, but reading between the lines I can imagine how the rumours have come about, based on perceptions in the industry and the Scottish examples.
