bgo Bingo have been offering new players to their site Candy Club points (CCPs) as the welcome bonus for a while now but recently they made changes to the new player deal available. Gone are the CCPs, and now it’s back to a match bonus with your initial deposit.
A code is required to claim the bonus as a new player at bgo Bingo and it is an easy one to remember. The code to use is BINGO and the bonus is £5 of bingo tickets. Now, with the minimum deposit required to earn the bonus being £10, that equates to a 50% match bonus, not the most impressive of offers available on the Internet today!
18+. New customers only. Use code BINGO. £5 in free bingo tickets for £10 cash wagered on bingo games. Not available using Neteller or Skrill. 3 day expiry on the bingo credit. £10 min. deposit + 2.5% min. fee (50p). Cash balance withdrawable at anytime + £2.50 fee. Full T&C’s apply. Full T&C’s here
bgo Bingo Charge For Financial Transactions
Something that had stood out in the changes that we hadn’t noticed before is that bgo Bingo charge fees on all financial transactions.
We’d noted it in the T&C’s of the bonus offer, but didn’t take much notice because CCPs don’t worth in the same way as cash or bonuses.
A look at the main site T&C’s reveal that you will be charged an extra 2.5% on the amount that you deposit under £500. The minimum charge is 50p. So, as examples:
- £10.00 deposit – charge on credit / debit card is 50p (minimum)
- £20.00 deposit – charge is 50p
- £50.00 deposit – charge is £1.25
- £100.00 deposit – charge is £2.50
It’s not just a charge for depositing either. bgo Bingo will charge you for each withdrawal £2.50. So, for a £20.00 withdrawal you will only get £17.50 back in your account.
We’re not keen on these T&C’s and as such, would stop us depositing at the site in the future, what about you?
