Cashcade Brands Closing

 Sites Closing

Although Cashcade was sold to PartyGaming and then on to GVC Holdings, the popular brands from the company remained open and available to players even when all around them were closing or making significant changes. Sadly this is no longer the case as several of the brands are due to close at the end of this month.

That’s not all though, it looks as though the first brand I ever played bingo at, Think Bingo, is set to go to the dark side! When I say that, I mean it looks set to move to the Cozy Games product if I am reading the email correctly.

Cashcade Brands Closing

The Cashcade brands that are closing are:

  • Telly Talk Bingo
  • ITV Bingo
  • Bingo Scotland

At first it looked as if the latter had made the cut because it was only the first two brands that we were informed about. Unfortunately, just a few days later, we received the notice of closure for Bingo Scotland too.

Visit any of the sites above now and you are told that the site is closing but if you register an account with Cheeky Bingo and use the code you will have been emailed, you will get £5 free and three deposit bonuses.

What’s Happening With Think Bingo From Cashcade?

On 17th August 2018 we received an email from Think Bingo that told us on 3rd September 2018, Think Bingo will not be operated by the 888 Group any longer. On this day, ElectraWorks Limited, who are part of the GVC group of companies, will take operation over.

ElectraWorks Limited run all of the sites that are powered by the Cozy Games software and as stated in the email, Think Bingo is not going to be operated by 888 any longer. The only conclusion we can draw is that this means a change of software too.

If this does happen, are we just going to see players migrate to other brands powered by the 888 software or will their loyalty remain to the brand even with a change of software provider?

We won’t know until 3rd September 2018 but rest assured, we will be on site to see what the actual changes are to Think Bingo.
