In the world of online bingo we have many different networks and multiple different software suppliers. Additionally, some of the software suppliers and networks have internal networks and things can often get a little confusing. For example, all of the sites on the Dragonfish network use the new BingoS software (although some have yet to migrate).
However, as well as the Dragonfish network sites using the BingoS software, so do some internal network of sites like those from Mandalay Media / Tarco Ltd etc. Recently we have seen some changes to the withdrawal rules at these sites but they vary quite dramatically from site to site with the major differences being on the internal networks.
Standard Withdrawal Rules At Dragonfish Sites
At an ordinary Dragonfish site like Bingo Cove, Loquax Bingo or any other on the main network, the minimum withdrawal amount is £20 but before you can make a withdrawal you are required to have made a minimum deposit of £5 in your lifetime as a player with the individual site. The latter has reduced significantly since the introduction of the split wallet. Prior to this, the minimum deposit required before withdrawal was £30.
In September 2015 the split wallet was introduced and it meant for players that when a bonus was being used to play, any winnings derived from the bonus was paid as bonus funds and only converted to real cash when the associated wagering requirements were met. When this change was introduced, the need for the higher deposit before withdrawal was removed.
Variable Withdrawal Rules
We recently completed a thorough check of all sites powered by the BingoS (previously 888 / Globalcom) software after noticing the change in the T&C’s. When doing this, it was quite clear that some sites have a higher a) minimum deposit required before withdrawal and b) minimum withdrawal amount.
For example: 888Ladies require a minimum £10 deposit before withdrawal but have the same minimum withdrawal amount. However, the Tarco brands like Sugar Bingo require a £30 minimum deposit before withdrawal and a £30 minimum withdrawal amount is set.
It’s worth taking five minutes to check these out as a new player and the details can be found by following these steps:
- Click the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of the bingo site’s page.
- Towards the bottom of the index is the Banking Policy.
- Scroll past the list of depositing methods to the section marked ‘Deposit Policy Overview’. It is here you will find the minimum deposit required before withdrawal.
- Scroll further down to the ‘Withdrawal Process’ and you will find details of the minimum withdrawal amount.
