Clearly the title of this article is not true, merely a play on a famous line from the Monty Python and the Holy Grail film. We used it to grab your attention and because it is relevant to the latest promotion from Film Bingo, the chance to win a selection of Python Prizes throughout January and it all kicked off yesterday!
Why a Monty Python themed promotion you may be asking yourself. The reason is simple – on 1st January 1975 the film was first released which means it is now 40 years old! With Film Bingo they clearly love to take their name literally and translate it into great promotions with a relevant theme.
The first week of the new promotion from Film Bingo offers you the chance to win a Monty Python and the Holy Grail mug. You don’t have to do anything really, just play in the 75 ball rooms at the site and hope to win on the letter N or I patterns to get your name in the draw. Notice another reference there? The Knights who say ‘Ni’ where also part of the film. You have until Sunday 11th January to get your name into this draw.
The following week (12th until 18th January) the prize on offer is Michael Palin’s book, The Python Years (1969 – 1979) in paperback. To be in the draw to win this prize from Film Bingo you just have to win bingo on the numbers 1, 19 or 75 – the dates that the Monty Python and the Holy Grail film was released. Only full house wins will count for draw entries.
There are two more prizes on offer in this promotion; a Monty Python Fluxx card game and the grand prize, the film itself on blu-ray AND a blu-ray player. Details of how to get draw entries in the qualifying weeks can be found on the special Film Bingo promotional page.
