Last week we were informed about an impending change of the Heart Bingo welcome bonus. We were informed, by email, on 26th October that as of 1st November the £5 free from this brand was no longer going to be available. Come the 5th of this month, the £5 free was still available at the brand through our banners and links so we contacted the affiliate manager for the brand who informed us that the email was “sent in error”.
An end date for the Heart Bingo promotional offer was not available at that time but just three days later we were advised that the offer was to end that day, very little notice for either the player or us as affiliates.
Now this is more than a little frustrating for affiliates, more so for those who have multiple sites. This misinformation could have led to a lot of unnecessary work for numerous different people who like to ensure that the information provided to their readers is correct!
Surely the left hand should be aware of what the right hand is doing? Well it doesn’t appear to be the case with the affiliate management team for Heart Bingo. New banners that are now available for the product advertise a 200% welcome bonus, up to £50 free yet if you read the Terms and Conditions of the promotion as show below, it clearly states “The bonus is paid at 200% up to a maximum deposit of £100”. Which is correct?

If Heart Bingo don’t know, how on earth are we supposed to provide our readers with the correct information without doing their job for them and pointing out the conflicting information that they are offering?
