As our readers will know one of the many things we look at when reviewing any bingo brand is the withdrawal rules. A recent review of a new Dragonfish networked brand (LoadsABingo) revealed a withdrawal rule change that we weren’t even aware of! Previously players were required to deposit at least £30 in their account before being eligible to make a withdrawal. This amount has now been lowered to just £20 across all the brands on the network (or so we believe, we have yet to check every individual brand).
It took a while to check each and every brand on the Dragonfish network to ensure that this is a universal change but it is definitely a network-wide amendment to the Terms and Conditions but when it was put into place, we do not know.
What amazes us is that as a company that promote most, if not all, of the Dragonfish networked brands we were not informed of the alteration to the withdrawal rules. Plausible if they had increased the minimum deposit requirement but considering this is a change for the better for players, we would have expected some sort of notification from the operators (888).
The change is listed under Important Notes under the Terms and Conditions of Withdrawals as:
Please note that a minimum deposit of £20 will need to be paid into your account before a withdrawal request can be made.
This amendment would not have come to our attention has we not have been compiling a review of LoadsABingo but we believe it is something noteworthy enough to bring to our readers attention. However, we do wonder whether the minimum deposit required before withdrawal would have been something you would have considered before signing with any brand? Let us know by leaving a comment below.
