Winner Bingo Withdrawal Issues

Posted by Nickie on: Wednesday, Jun. 27th 2012 7:05 AM

Winner Bingo opened its virtual doors just a couple of days ago and a recent visit to the site left me far from impressed by this brand! Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice enough site, the array of games is extensive and the software one that is probably the best online today (Virtue Fusion / Playtech). However, as a bingo player, the most important thing for me is being able to withdraw when I get lucky enough to win and this is where the site fell down for me.

I deposited the minimum amount (£20) and was having a dandy time so deposited a further £20 using my Visa Debit card – no problems at all. I got lucky and after more than an hour of play I had a balance of £53 in my  Winner Bingo account. Ready to withdraw my original stake and a £13 profit I visited the cashier and this is where it all started to go downhill for me.

On the withdrawal screen there were two boxes; one for the amount you wish to withdraw and the other, supposedly, to which depositing method you wish to withdraw your funds to. At Winner Bingo the second box had no option!

Of course I understand that Winner Bingo is a fairly new brand and may have a few teething problems but it is unacceptable that the withdrawal process has not been fully tested before allowing players to sign up and deposit. Could it be the operating system I am using or is it simply poor testing by the brand before going live?

Several phone calls ensued to Winner Bingo but at the point of publishing this news piece, I still have been unable to withdraw my winnings. I will update the content in this article as and when the issue is resolved but at this point I do have to suggest not depositing at the site until the issue has been addressed.

Winner Bingo Withdrawal Update:

The issue with withdrawals has now been resolved, my winnings are now winging their way into my bank account. Having spoken to both Customer Support and the site operators we are now happy to recommend playing at this site. The site was still in soft launch at the time we visited, hence the technical issues, and these were swiftly and satisfactorily resolved. Thank you Winner Bingo.

Nickie Says:

Hi Pearl

We managed to contact support via the Live Help option after trying the contact number listed for Winner Bingo, this was their response:

WINNERBETTY: Why is no one answering the telephone number listed for your support?
Rob: I am sorry, there are some technical problems at the moment.

I hope that helps.

You could try emailing support on casino@winner.com with your query.

Hi I won a £125 and the service is ignoring all requests to withdraw, this is a really poor site. I have deposited £50 of my own money.

Nickie Says:

Hi Rosie

It may be that you have yet to meet the wagering requirements of any bonuses received (did you accept a bonus?). If you would like to use the Contact Us page and send a little more detail by email, we will see if we can look into this for you.

Thanks

Nickie

Dave Says:

Hi have a similar issue with winner not paying. In my case i have fulfilled all reqs, had ID verified etc. my withdrawal has been ‘stuck’ due to technical issues for a week–but no issues taking more money. Just get fobbed off and no responses to e-mail

Dave Says:

In order to be fair–today the payments are processed–pure coincidence I contacted the Antigua gaming commission yesterday I am sure.
